- You must be running the latest version of your plugins for iLok Machine authorisation compatibility.
- If you own the G4 (legacy) versions of any Oxford plug-ins, you will need to upgrade your licence to G5 to be able to use iLok Cloud or Machine authorisation. For more information, please read How do I upgrade my plug-in to the latest version?
- G5 licences are not compatible with the original iLok1 device.
- If your licence is active in a compatible location but is not authorising your plugin for use, please read Why doesn't my plugin show up in my DAW?
