There is a known issue with our Pro-Codec and Codec Toolbox plugins when used in Steinberg hosts.
Please follow the steps below to fix the problem
- Navigate to the following directory - "C:/Windows/System32/"
- Locate the following file - "mmtisobmff.dll"
- Move this over to the plugin directory - "C:/Program Files/Common Files/VST3/Sonnox".
This file contains a dynamic library that WaveLab does not seem to be able to find in the designated folder. This workaround resolves the issue, and compatibility will be addressed in future updates.
