Can’t Log In? How to Access Your Sonnox Account After Our Website Update

On 22 October 2024, Sonnox launched a new website as the first step toward a more intuitive and improved customer experience. 


Since then, progress has taken much longer than anticipated, and unfortunately we are still operating two independent customer portals while work continues. 


As a result, your account access will work differently depending on when and where you purchased your Sonnox products. We understand this is not ideal and will cause confusion, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we continue working to improve and unify the experience. 


Follow the steps below to find out how to log in and access your purchase history, downloads, and licence registrations.


1. Customers Who Purchased Before 22 October 2024 (Direct from Sonnox)

If you purchased directly from Sonnox before this date:

  • Your purchase history is not yet migrated to the new website.

  • Continue to use the legacy mySonnox portal.

Steps:

  1. Go to www.sonnox.com/mysonnox

  2. Log in with your iLok credentials (User ID + iLok‑registered email).

  3. Once logged in, you can:

    • View your previous purchases

    • Check upgrade/crossgrade availability


2. Customers Who Purchased On or After 22 October 2024 (New Website)

If you purchased on or after this date:

  • Your account is managed through the new Sonnox website.

Steps:

  1. Go to www.sonnox.com/login.php

  2. Log in (or create an account) using your email + password.

  3. From your account dashboard, you can:

    • View and manage your orders

    • Register new products

    • Access downloads and installers

    • See available upgrades


3. Customers Who Purchased Through a Third‑Party Reseller

If you purchased your Sonnox product from an authorised reseller (e.g., Plugin Boutique, Sweetwater, Thomann), please follow the guidance below based on your purchase date.


Dealer Orders Purchased Before 22 October 2024

These orders should continue to be registered and accessed through the legacy mySonnox portal.

Steps:

  1. Go to www.sonnox.com/mysonnox
  2. Log in using your iLok credentials
  3. Register your activation key and access your downloads

Dealer Orders Purchased On or After 22 October 2024

Dealer orders from 22 October 2024 onwards will now appear directly in your account on the new Sonnox website.

  • Please continue to use www.sonnox.com/register for all dealer registrations.
  • Once registered, your purchase history will automatically appear in your account on the new website as long as the same email address is used during registration.


We are still in the process of migrating historic mySonnox data, so older dealer purchases may not yet be visible.
