If you're planning on using Sonnox plug-ins within PreSonus Studio One, it's important to remember that third party VST's and AU's are only compatible with Studio One Professional, or with Studio One Artist combined with the Artist VST and AU Support add on. Mac
- Go to Studio One > Preferences > Locations > VST Plug-Ins tab , and add the following paths:
- /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/Sonnox
- /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/Sonnox
- Check Scan at startup.
- Click on Reset Blacklist and when prompted click Yes.
- Click OK and restart Studio One.
Windows
- Go to Studio One > Options > Locations > VST Plug-Ins tab , and make sure the following paths are listed (if not, add them):
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3
- Check Scan at startup.
- Click on Reset Blacklist and when prompted click Yes.
- Click OK and restart Studio One.
With some of our older plug-ins, you may also need to add the following paths to make Studio One see them:
- Program Files (x86)\Sonnox\VSTPlugins
- Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\VST2\Sonnox
