How to Access Your Account
1. Customers Who Purchased from Sonnox Before 22nd October 2024
If you purchased directly from Sonnox before 22nd October 2024, your purchase history is not yet available on the new website. To access your account details, please follow these steps:
- Log in with your iLok credentials at www.sonnox.com/mysonnox
- Once logged in, you can view your purchase history and check for licence upgrade or crossgrade options.

2. Customers Who Purchased from Sonnox After 22nd October 2024
If you made your purchase on or after 22nd October 2024, you can manage your account using the new website:
- Create or Log in to Your Account: visit: https://sonnox.com/login.php
- Manage Your Details: From your account dashboard, you can register products, view purchase history, and more.

3. Customers Who Purchased Through a Third-Party Reseller
If you bought Sonnox products from a reseller (such as Plugin Boutique, Sweetwater Thomann, etc.), please continue using the old system www.sonnox.com/mysonnox to:
- Register new products
- View your purchase history
