To authorise and use Sonnox plug‑ins, you’ll need a free iLok account.
This guide walks you through creating your account, installing iLok License Manager, and preparing your account to receive Sonnox licences.

Prerequisites

Internet connection.
A valid email address.
Access to a computer where you will install iLok License Manager.

Step‑by‑Step Solution

1. Create Your iLok Account

Go to www.ilok.com.
Click Sign In in the top‑right corner.
Select Create Free Account.
Choose a User ID you’ll remember.
Tip: Avoid using your email address if you plan to share it with others — pick a unique name instead.
Create a secure password.
Enter your email address.
Agree to the terms and click Create Account.
Check your email and click the verification link to activate your account.

2. Install and Sign In to iLok License Manager

Download iLok License Manager for Windows or macOS from www.ilok.com.
Install the application.
Launch it and sign in using your new iLok account credentials.
Your account is now ready to receive Sonnox licences.
