I bought the original Drum Gate before 1 September 2025, am I eligible for an upgrade discount?

Yes. All registered owners of the original Oxford Drum Gate are eligible for either a complimentary or discounted upgrade to Oxford Drum Gate 2.

Full Price

From 1 April 2026, Oxford Drum Gate 2 will return to full price.

New upgrade offers may be issued to eligible customers after this date.

How do I redeem my upgrade?

If you are eligible for either a complimentary or discounted upgrade:

• You should have received an email from us on launch day.

• The email will contain a unique, single-use coupon code.

• Enter the code at checkout to apply your discount.

Can I use my coupon code more than once?

No. Each code is valid for one purchase only and cannot be reused.

I own licences for other Sonnox plugins, do I qualify for this discount?

No. This is not a loyalty promotion. The offer is exclusively available to registered original Oxford Drum Gate licence holders.

I bought the original Oxford Drum Gate but did not receive a code. What should I do?

If you believe your purchase qualifies but you did not receive an email:

1. Check your spam/junk folders - If you have already checked here, please skip to the next step - 

2. Visit the Oxford Drum Gate 2 landing page.

3. Enter the email address used when purchasing the original Drum Gate

4. The system will confirm your eligibility.

If you still have issues, please contact our support team.

I entered my email address but it wasn’t recognised.

This may be because:

• You are not subscribed to our marketing emails.

• You used a different email address when purchasing.

Please:

1. Sign up to our mailing list.

2. Contact our support team.

3. Provide the email address used at the time of purchase.

We also accept alternative proof of purchase, including:

• Order reference number

• Invoice

• Confirmation email

I received a code but it doesn’t work.

Please:

• Double-check for typos or extra spaces.

• Ensure you are entering it exactly as provided.

If the issue persists, contact support and include the code in your message.

We can verify whether it has already been used or if there is another issue.

I purchased the original Oxford Drum Gate through Plugin Boutique or another authorised dealer and didn’t receive a code.

Please contact our support team and provide proof of purchase.

We will verify your eligibility and issue a code if applicable.

I purchased Oxford Drum Gate 2 at the full introductory price before finding my discount email. What happens now?

Please contact support and provide proof of purchase for:

• The original Oxford Drum Gate

• Oxford Drum Gate 2

Once validated, we will refund the difference where applicable.

I purchased multiple copies of the original Oxford Drum Gate for my studio, will I receive multiple complimentary or upgrade codes? 

At this time our system cannot differentiate between an order with a single original Oxford Drum Gate licence, or an order with multiple licences.
