Since the launch of Sonnox’s new website and e-commerce system in November 2024, we’ve introduced a number of updates to better align with our parent company, Focusrite PLC.
What’s Changed?
One of the most significant updates is the introduction of our Direct-to-Customer (D2C) e-commerce system. While this new system provides a smoother and more streamlined purchasing experience for individual customers, it does come with an important change:
**We are no longer able to process VAT-exempt purchases through the Sonnox website**
I’m a Business Customer, What Should I Do?
If you’re purchasing on behalf of a business and have a valid EU VAT number, you’ll need to follow a different process to ensure your order is handled correctly.
Here’s what to do:
Please contact our Sales team at sales@sonnox.com to:
- Request a full refund for any purchases made directly through the Sonnox website (D2C)
- Provide your EU VAT number, and set up a B2B business account, allowing you to make VAT-exempt purchases going forward.
Once your B2B account is set up, our team will ensure you have the correct purchasing options available for your business.
