Sonnox typically offer a grace period for recent purchases. If you bought a product within two weeks of the sale start date, we're happy to help.
Please contact our support team and we will arrange a refund of your original purchase, allowing you to repurchase the product at the sale price.
Please note: Refund requests must be handled by our support team directly. Our chatbot assistant cannot process refund requests.
Why aren't loyalty upgrades showing in my Sonnox account?
This is a known issue currently affecting some customers.
If you are eligible for a loyalty upgrade but do not see the offer in your account, please contact our Sales Support team and we'll be happy to assist.
I'm a student. Can I combine my educational discount with the sale pricing?
No. Student (EDU) discounts cannot be combined with sale discounts.
Please also note that EDU pricing is temporarily paused on the Sonnox website until 17 December 2026 while the Winter Sale promotion is running.
During this period, customers should take advantage of the available sale pricing instead.
