On 22 October 2024, Sonnox launched a new website as the first step toward a more intuitive and improved customer experience. 

During this transition, account access works differently depending on when and where you purchased your Sonnox products.

If you purchased directly from Sonnox before this date:

• Your purchase history is not yet migrated to the new website.
• Please continue to use the legacy mySonnox portal.

Steps:

1. Go to www.sonnox.com/mysonnox.
2. Log in with your iLok User ID and iLok registered email address.
3. Once logged in, you can:
   • View your previous purchases
   • Check upgrade/ cross-grade availability
   • Download your installers.
