On 22 October 2024, Sonnox launched a new website as the first step toward a more intuitive and improved customer experience. 

During this transition, account access works differently depending on when and where you purchased your Sonnox products.

If you purchased on or after October 22nd 2024:

• Your account is managed through the new Sonnox website.

Steps:

1. Go to www.sonnox.com/login.php.
2. Log in (or create an account) using your email and password.
3. If you are not receiving the 'Forgotten Password' reset email, this means the email address entered is not associated with a Sonnox account yet. Please create an account using the email that was registered with your Sonnox order.
4. From your account dashboard, you can:
   • View and manage your orders
   • Access downloads and installers

Please note - Upgrades are not yet available through accounts on our new website. If you would like to upgrade your licence(s), please contact our Support Team directly here.
