Checking which licences you have
- Go to your mySonnox portal and enter your iLok User ID and email address.
- You'll receive a verification code via email (so you don't need to remember a password).
- Return to mySonnox and enter this code to see all of your licences.
Do you need to upgrade?
If you have a Native G5 licence there is no need to upgrade unless you need to use the AAX DSP format for Pro Tools HDX.
If you just need to download the latest installers for your licences, please read How to download your installers.
Upgrading your licence
If you have a G4 licence you will need to upgrade in order to use the latest 64-bit VST, AU and AAX plug-ins.
Upgrading to a Native licence
- If you only use Native plug-ins (VST, AU, AAX Native), just select the Native option from the upgrade selector.
- Click the Checkout button at the top of the page.
Upgrading to an HD-HDX licence
- If you currently use Native or RTAS/TDM, and now need AAX DSP, select the HD-HDX option from the upgrade selector.
- Click the Checkout button at the top of the page.
