Why can't I see my Sonnox licences listed in my online account?

On October the 22nd 2024, we rolled out a brand new website which includes a new user account area.

We are still in a transitioning everything over from the old system. And so at this time, the account section is only available for customers who have purchased directly through the new website after October the 22nd 2024. 


  • Orders placed through dealers or direct orders placed before October 22nd, 2024, do not appear in new user accounts. Access them via mySonnox.




  • To download the latest Sonnox updates, simply visit our new and improved Installer page
